Please review our shipping guidelines for the United States and Canada below:

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to serve customers across North America. Our shipping fees and free delivery thresholds are organized by region:

🇺🇸 United States Shipping

  • Orders $99.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $99.00: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15 business days (excluding processing time)

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

  • Orders $100.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $100.00: $20.00 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15business days (excluding processing time)

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Please note: During high-demand holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your delivery within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team at wangchunao1532@gmail.com   with your name and order number, and we will resolve it immediately.

4. Duties, Customs, and Import Taxes

  • For US Customers: Standard state sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable. Generally, orders under $800 are exempt from import duties into the US.

  • For Canada Customers: MinimalTimber is not responsible for any customs duties, import GST/HST, or brokerage fees applied by Canadian customs. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Premium Packaging for Solid Wood

Timber is a living material that reacts to its environment. To protect your beautiful wood pieces from moisture, temperature fluctuations, or impact during transit, all MinimalTimber products are shipped in custom-engineered, shock-absorbent packaging.

6. Damages & Transit Issues

If your product arrives damaged, warped, or cracked due to transit conditions, please save all packaging materials and the damaged item, and contact us at wangchunao1532@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage so we can fast-track a free replacement or issue a full refund.
